Savart Corporate Plans
Help your team invest with guidance.
Give your employees investment guidance as a workplace benefit, with advice for their own goals.
Support the decisions that follow payday.
Your employees may be investing from their first salary, saving for a home down payment or supporting a family. They have different reasons to invest, and a payslip does not tell them how to approach those decisions.
A corporate plan gives them access to investment guidance as part of your benefits offering. You arrange the access; Savart works with the individual.
A benefit with a practical purpose
Give employees somewhere to turn when they want investment advice. It is a useful addition to the salary and other benefits you already provide.
Relevant at different career stages
A new investor may need help choosing where to begin. An experienced colleague may want a more considered view of their next investment. Personal advice leaves room for those differences.
A clear role for HR
Your team introduces the benefit and shares the company invitation. Employees complete their financial profile with Savart, so HR does not have to recommend investments.
A payment arrangement you can explain
Arrange complimentary access as a company benefit, or offer an agreed employee price. Employees see the coverage and term before they join.
One company benefit.
Advice that stays personal.
The company provides access to a plan. Each employee brings their own goals, financial circumstances and comfort with risk.
Explore the advisory serviceAdvice for their own circumstances
Employees complete their own profile and risk assessment. Advice considers their investment amount and risk profile, with coverage set by the corporate plan.
Research they can read before deciding
Available stock and fund research gives employees more context behind an investment. Each corporate plan sets its research access and allowances.
Goal planning and support
Choose a plan with the goal-planning tools and level of support you want to offer your employees.
An individual Savart account
Employees access their benefit through their own account. They can read advice in the app and decide whether to act through their own eligible investment account.
Choose how to offer the benefit.
Start with your employee-benefits budget and who you want to include. Savart can explain the coverage and commercial terms that would apply to your team.
Complimentary employee access
Make the agreed subscription available as a company benefit. Eligible employees activate their access without paying a subscription fee themselves.
Agree the commercial terms and selected service with Savart. Employees choose how much they want to invest.
Employee-paid corporate access
Your company makes an agreed corporate offer available. Eligible employees choose whether to join and pay the price shown to them.
Each employee reviews the plan, any applicable discount and the final amount before payment.
Your agreement records the eligible group, available places, duration and renewal terms.
A work benefit.
A personal financial life.
An employee’s portfolio, investment advice and personal financial details stay private. Their work email confirms eligibility for the benefit.
Employees make their own investment decisions. The employer provides access to the service.
Make the introduction clear from day one.
For your first call, bring an approximate employee count, the group you want to cover and whether you want complimentary or employee-paid access. We can work through the plan details with you.

Questions from HR and employees.
How do we arrange a corporate plan?
Talk to our team about your employee count, benefits budget and the support you want to offer. We will help you choose the coverage and agree the commercial terms.
Would employees have to pay?
You can offer complimentary access or agree an employee-paid price. Each employee sees whether payment is required before activating the benefit.
Does everyone get the same investments?
Each employee receives personal advice based on their profile, risk assessment and investment amount. The company plan sets access and allowances, while employees decide whether to follow the advice.
What if an employee already uses Savart?
They should use their existing account. Anyone with an active subscription or another corporate membership can contact Savart to confirm how the company offer applies.
Can HR see an employee’s portfolio?
Employee portfolios, advice and personal financial details remain private. A work email is used to confirm eligibility for the company offer.
Are tax planning, wills or PMS included?
The corporate proposal and employee plan details list the included benefits. Savart One financial planning and Ad Astra portfolio management can be discussed as separate services.
What happens when someone leaves the company?
Your agreed terms set out what happens to access when someone leaves, including expiry and renewal handling.
