Ad Astra · Portfolio management
A portfolio managed for you.
For portfolios of ₹50 lakh and above. Set the investment mandate with our team, then let the portfolio manager handle the investment decisions within it.
Delegate the decisions. Understand the approach.
A larger portfolio needs more than a list of investment ideas. Ad Astra brings research, investment selection and portfolio decisions into a discretionary management service.
Your objectives and constraints shape the mandate. The manager then handles buying, selling and rebalancing within those agreed boundaries, without a separate approval from you for every trade.
Savart is a registered Portfolio Manager (INP000008011).
A documented investment mandate
Establish the investment approach and the limits within which the manager can act. Bring your investment horizon, risk tolerance and cash needs into that conversation.
Professional portfolio decisions
The service covers the decisions involved in managing the agreed portfolio, rather than sending you recommendations to execute yourself.
Terms you can review before committing
Read the fees, account arrangements, reporting and withdrawal terms alongside the mandate. Together, they show how the service will work.
Free portfolio review
Start with a clearer picture of your portfolio.
See your available stocks and mutual funds together in the Savart app to understand what you already own.
Research the business. Manage the portfolio.
Ad Astra draws on Savart’s in-house investment research and APART AI. The approach connects an assessment of individual businesses with decisions about the portfolio as a whole.
Explore the researchUnderstand what earns the return
Business fundamentals, financial performance, governance and valuation help frame the investment case. The reason for owning an investment matters alongside its price.
Consider the holding in context
Allocation, position size and the risks across holdings matter at portfolio level. The agreed mandate sets the boundaries for these decisions.
Review the reasons for staying invested
Investment cases and portfolio needs can change. Active management includes deciding when to retain a holding, change its weight or exit within the mandate.
For investors who want to hand over the day-to-day work.
Ad Astra may suit business owners, senior professionals, high-net-worth investors and family offices who meet the minimum and want professional management.
Ad Astra may fit if you are comfortable delegating investment decisions within a defined approach. Bring any near-term commitments into the suitability conversation too.
Prefer to make the final investment decision?
Savart X provides personalised investment advice while you keep the final investment decision. Choose it when you want guidance rather than discretionary management.

Management begins under the mandate
The portfolio manager makes the investment decisions permitted by the agreement. Your mandate and service documents remain the reference for how the portfolio is managed.
Before you appoint a manager.
What is the minimum investment?
Ad Astra portfolio management is for portfolios of ₹50 lakh and above. The team will also discuss your objectives, risk tolerance and investment horizon.
What does discretionary management mean?
You agree an investment mandate. The portfolio manager can then make investment decisions within that mandate without asking you to approve each individual trade.
How is this different from Savart X?
Savart X provides investment advice that you decide whether to act on. Ad Astra is a separate portfolio management service where the manager makes investment decisions within an agreed mandate. It has its own onboarding, agreement and fees.
What are the fees?
The team will share the current fee schedule and explain how fees and other costs are calculated and charged.
How are the account and custody arrangements set up?
The PMS onboarding and service documents explain how assets are held, who can operate the account and what information you receive.
Can I withdraw money when I need it?
Withdrawal and exit terms are part of the service agreement. Share any planned expenses or income needs when setting the mandate, then review the process, charges and restrictions with the team.
How is investment risk considered?
Your objectives, risk tolerance and investment horizon shape the mandate. Discuss any planned withdrawals and income needs with the team.
